Matt has strong operational skills from the construction management sector but has also undertaken studies in relational and life coaching and counselling. Matt works closely with the clients on their day-to-day journey at Pindari.
Peter Jenner

Peter has over 11 years’ experience helping people in many areas of their lives and circumstances. He has spent the last 10 years helping people with addiction and life controlling issues. He has extensive experience with couples, relationship, mediation and reconciliation.
Peter has spent 10 years working in AOD Rehabilitation centres which enabled him to gain extensive experience in conflict management, healing of abuse, trauma, and facilitating people to rebuild their lives.
Phil Palmer

Phil Palmer is a passionate and dedicated Resident and Case Leader at Pindari House. With over 7 years of experience in the field of addiction recovery, Phil brings both professional expertise and personal experience to his role.
Phil combines his practical skills with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those struggling with substance abuse. His resilience, empathy, and leadership are invaluable to the Pindari House community, where he supports residents from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate the complex road to recovery with hope and accountability.
Richard Norman

Richard believes everyone can regain hope and restoration to live an enjoyable and fulfilling life. He uses his counselling skills to help people come to know their self-identity and develop resilience in life.
Richard completed his Masers in Counselling and has recently become a Supervisor of counsellors in Australia.
Richard helps clients experiencing the effects of anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. He works holistically, encourages clients to build their self-identity. He aids healing to body, soul and spirit using appropriate modern therapies, prayer ministry skills and life experiences. He values the unique identity of the individual and their inherent strengths and qualities, resilience, and relationships, and has worked with adults, couples, families, adolescents and children, CALD clients, refugees and the homeless.
Michael Theodosiou

The use of a person-centred approach provides a safe and non-judgemental environment for the client’s growth and well-being. As a qualified Counsellor and Chaplain I have 5 years experience working with individuals, couples, families and teens. I work with clients to discover realistic and achievable goals to empower them to reach successful outcomes. Areas like addictive behaviours, self-worth, relationships, life planning and reconciliation are some areas I have had the honour of seeing the client reach their desired change. I have experience working with people in mining (residential/FIFO), teens, families, staff in schools, men in rehabilitation felicities along with their families/friends. My passion is to see people reach their full potential.

Ali Kleyn
Chairman
Ali is the managing director of Alita Construction, focused on commercial and industrial building projects for clients. Ali is one of the founders of Pindari, having a passion for helping others and seeing the harm first-hand on the job site, through those contractors and employees affected by drugs and substance abuse. Ali is the Chairman of Pindari and committed to supporting men through their journey.
Phil De Vos
Vice Chairman
Phil is a Project Manager in the oil and gas industry with extensive experience over 20 years in various engineering, project and management roles across all phases of projects. Coming from a family with a history of mental illness, various of Phil’s life experiences have fuelled a growing passion to help men in need.
Reinier DeVries
BOARD MEMBER
Reinier is an Experienced Quality Assurance Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the oil & energy industry and in Avionics, Aircraft Maintenance, Engineering, Strategic Planning, and Airworthiness. Reinier has strong operational and compliance skills which he brings to Pindari in his role.
Mark Bruning
Board Member
Mark has extensive experience as a Contracts Administrator in the building and construction sectors, and a keen interest in all aspects of commercial and industrial projects. Mark has also spent time mentoring men coming through the Pindari program and is a regular at Pindari Warriors.

Board Member
Jan comes from a software development and project management background and has served on the boards of a handful of non-profit organizations in different parts of the world, dedicated to assisting the vulnerable and empowering those in need.
